I’m Todd “TJ” Durham, and I’m proud to call Amelia Island home. After years of visiting with my family, I finally made the move from Chicago in 2022 and haven’t looked back. There’s something truly special about this community, from its relaxed island lifestyle to the incredible people who make it feel like home.

With a background in freight brokerage and hands-on experience managing rental properties, I’ve learned the importance of communication, reliability, and follow-through. Now, as a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Miller Elite, I’m excited to help others discover everything that makes this area so unique.
